Office Locations

Region XII’s main office is located at 1009 East Anthony Street in Carroll, IA. This facility serves as headquarters for Administrative Staff, Local Assistance Department, Western Iowa Transit, and Workforce Development. Region XII also has transit facilities located in Denison and Jefferson. Workforce services are provided at the IowaWorks center in Carroll.
